Individual Coaching

Through one-to-one coaching sessions, individuals develop a deeper understanding of themselves through their Enneagram type.

They learn to know and leverage their strengths, recognize their challenges, and acknowledge and reduce the effects of those challenges.

Knowing yourself through your Enneagram type gives you the insight to communicate clearly, mitigate conflict, foster better team/work interactions, and expand your skills personally and professionally with self-awareness and confidence.
